1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TheMLTrader's website, courses, signal services, and any other services we offer (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

2. Description of Services

TheMLTrader provides:

• Educational courses on machine learning for trading
• ML-powered trading signals and analysis
• Trading tools and indicators
• Community access via Discord and Telegram
• Newsletter and educational content

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any information that changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect on your subscription.

Subscriptions

Some of our Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on your selected plan.

Refunds

Course purchases give immediate, permanent access to the material, and signal subscriptions deliver value continuously across the period they cover. Both are therefore final. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing; it does not refund the period already served.

We will refund in two situations, on clear and convincing evidence: the product was materially not as described, or the payment was not authorised by the cardholder. Email support@themltrader.com with the details and we will investigate properly.

Why the bar is set here. A signal cannot be un-received and a course cannot be un-read. Once either has been delivered it has been received in full, so a refund is simply the product given away. A no-questions refund window on a product like this gets used as a way to take the research for free, and that cost lands on the subscribers who pay honestly. Refunding on evidence rather than on request is what keeps the price where it is. If something is genuinely wrong with what you bought, tell us — that case is exactly what this policy is for.

Talk to us first. If something is wrong with your purchase, email support@themltrader.com before you contact your bank. We resolve almost everything directly, usually within a day, and we would far rather fix the problem than argue about it. Give us the chance to.

You always keep the right to dispute a charge with your card issuer, and nothing in these terms removes or limits that right. We are asking, not restricting. What we will say is that a dispute raised without contacting us first costs us a non-refundable fee whichever way it is decided, and we may decline to sell to that account again. Emailing us is faster for you and cheaper for us, and it is the only route where you can actually get the outcome you wanted.

Nothing here limits refund rights you have under applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, code, and software, is the property of TheMLTrader or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Share your account credentials or course access with others
• Reverse engineer any software or algorithms
• Resell or redistribute our signals or analysis

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services:

• For any unlawful purpose
• To solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any regulations, rules, laws, or ordinances
• To infringe upon the rights of others
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload viruses or malicious code
• To spam, phish, or harm others
• To interfere with or circumvent security features

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEMLTRADER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheMLTrader, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
